摘要
气密试验是检测LNG超低温阀门密封性能的重要手段,典型的气密性试验装置在检测气密性时存在一定的局限性,测试数据不精确,为此需要特定的试验台对其进行气密性检验,以严格控制其工作的可操作性及安全性。通过重新设计、精确控制环境温度、选用高精度检测元器件等措施,对气密试验台进行设计,提高了检测的精度、准确度和效率,并在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。
Air-tightness performance test is the method to verify the sealing property of LNG cryogenic valves. The typical experimental fa-cility which has restriction using the outdated method is not accurate and efficient enough. To assure the operability and reliability, a specific test-bed is necessary to detect the air tightness. In this paper, a new test-bed has been designed, in which some improvements are employed by renewing design, controlling temperature accurately and utilizing high-precision components. Accurate in operation and high in efficien-cy, the instrument has found preferable effect in practical application.
