摘要
为解决太阳能电池片的几何测量问题,文中采用张正友平面标定法对相机进行了标定,根据相机的内参矩阵计算了有效焦距,求出了单个像素的实际尺寸,通过对相机和镜头的选择,提出了一种降低相机像素且满足精度要求的亚像素边缘提取法对电池片边缘进行提取,利用霍夫变换定位太阳能电池片主栅线计算出偏转角.实验结果表明:自动焊接机图像处理系统精度小于0.20mm,标定误差小于1pixel,总程序用时小于0.5s,有效满足主栅线定位精度要求.
Aiming at the problem of solar battery geometric measuring, the Zhang Zhengyou's calibration method of plane has been used. According to the intrinsic camera parameter matrix to calculate the effective focal length and the actual size of a single pixel ,through the choice of camera and lens,a method to reduce the pixel of camera and meet the accuracy requirements of the sub-pixel edge extraction method to extract on cell edge has been proposed,using the Hough transform to locate solar battery^s busbar and calculate the deflection angle. The experimental results suggest that the image processing system's precision is less than 0.2 ram, the error is less than lpixel,and the utility time is less than 0.5s,hich can meet the requirements of positioning accuracy of the busbar.
