摘要
为研究枯草芽孢杆菌对海南长臀鲍生长性能、血液生化指标和热休克基因70(HSP70)的影响,本试验在饲料中添加不同浓度的枯草芽孢杆菌(0%、0-3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%),饲养(5.79-0.02)g的长臀能60d。结果表明:添加枯草芽孢杆菌对长臀鲍的存活率和肥满度无显著影响;0.9%组和1.2%组的终末体重、增重率和特定生长率分别比对照组显著提高了21.97%和23_14%、36.62%和39.24%、20.92%和22.88%,饵料系数显著下降23.91%和26.81%。枯草芽孢杆菌对长臀鲩血清葡萄糖、碱性磷酸酶和丙二醛的影响不显著;各试验组血清总蛋白均较对照组显著提高,其中1.2%组最高;0.3%组和0.6%组白蛋白显著提高;甘油三酯和总胆固醇均呈下降的趋势;0.9%组过氧化氢酶活性显著低于对照组41.89%(P〈0.05);枯草芽孢杆菌的添加量越大对HSP70表达量的影响越大,当添加量达到0.6%以上时,出现显著提高的效果,其中以1.2%组提高幅度最大(121.10%)。综上所述,枯草芽孢杆菌可提高长臀跪增重率和特定生长率,降低饵料系数,提高血液蛋白水平,降血脂,增强抗应激能力等。建议枯草芽孢杆菌添加量为0.9%-1.2%。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of being fed with Bacillus subtilis on growth performance,serum physiological and biochemical indexes and HSP70 of Cranoglanis bouderius multiradiatus.Cranoglanis bouderius multiradiatus with weight of(5.79±0.02)g were collected to be fed with different level(0% ,0.3% ,0.6% ,0.9%, 1.2%) of Bacillus subtilis for 60 d.The results showed that Bacillus subtilis supplementation had no effects on survival rate and condition factor(CF).The final body weight ,weight gain rate (WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)in 0.9% group and 1.2% group significantly increased by 21.97% and 23.14%,36.62% and 39.24%,20.92% and 22.88%,but feed conversion ratios (FCR)significantly improved by 23.91% and 26.81% ,compared with the control group.There were no effects on serum glucose (GLU), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and malonaldehyde (M DA ) .Total protein (TP) in 1.2 % group showed the most significant increase (12.69%), and albumin (ALB)in 0.3% group and 0.6% group showed significant increase.Triglyc- erides (TG)and total cholesterol (T-CHOL)had a downward trend.Catalase (CAT)activity showed the most significant de- cline in 0.9% group(41.89%).The expression of HSP70 increased with the amount of Bacillus subtilis increasing.When the Bacillus subtilis level was above 0.6%, the expression of HSP70 significantly improved, and the most significant improvement was in 1.2% group (121.10%).In conclusion,Bacillus subtilis could increase WGR and SGR,lower FCR,improve blood protein levels and anti-stress ability, and lower blood lipid of Cranoglanis bouderius multiradiatus.The recommended dosage of Bacillus subtilis was 0.9% to 1.2%.
