摘要
随着传感器、计算机和通信技术的发展,电力系统可靠性要求进一步提高,油绝缘变压器的维护由传统的以时间为基准的TBM(Time Based Monitoring)方式发展为以状态为基准的CBM(Condition Based Monitoring)方式。文中针对在线监测的技术特点,提出将真空脱气技术、分级杂质过滤技术和精确控制脱水技术综合应用,满足变压器油在线处理的实时性、高效性和安全性要求。同时文中提出的应用于在线监测的变压器油净化技术实现了模块化结构设计,并可以根据不同变压器的需求进行针对性的模块设计。
With the development of sensor, computer and communication technology and the higher requirement of power system reliability, the maintenance ofoil insulation transformer has been improved from Time Based Monitoring (TBM) into Condition Based Monitoring (CBM). According to the technical characteristics of online monitoring, a new method with comprehensive application of vacuum degassing, classified impurity filtration and accurate control dehydration is introduced to satisfy the requirement of real-time, high efficiency and safety of the oil online processing. At the same time, modular design has been realized with the proposed technique and pertinence modular designs can be implemented for different transformers.
