摘要
多发性骨髓瘤,其病因病机为肾精亏虚,邪毒内蕴,瘀血阻络,痰湿内停,治疗上以补肾填精、凉血解毒、活血通络、化痰祛湿为基础辨证施治,从而达到提高机体免疫,促进骨髓造血,抗肿瘤,镇痛,抗菌抗炎,抗凝溶栓等效果。西医多采用化疗治疗,但常致周围神经病变的产生。结合中医治疗,既可促使化疗药到达骨髓病变部位,增加化疗敏感性,又可有效提高病人生活质量。
Multiple myeloma＇s etiology and pathogenesis is deficiency of kidney-essence,evil and virus inside body,blood stasis blocking meridian,phlegm and wet inside. The main clinical treatment method is supplementing kidney to replenishing essence; cooling blood and detoxification,promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction,and reduce phlegm and remove wet. So as to improve the body＇s immune,promoting bone marrow hematopoietic,antitumor,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anticoagulant thrombolytic effect,etc. The Western medicine treatment is chemotherapy,but it led to peripheral neuropathy. Combined treatment of TCM,not only can increase the effective reach the pathological changes of the bone marrow,increase the sensitivity of chemotherapy,but enhances the quality of life of the patients. The increasing of experimental study and the application of Chinese patent medicine shows the advantage of the treatment by TCM.
