沙利度胺治疗遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症一例并文献复习

摘要 报道应用沙利度胺成功治疗遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症（HHT）所致出血患者1例。HHT是血管发育异常的一种常染色体显性遗传性疾病，多有家族史，多以鼻出血首发，内脏出血以胃肠道最多见，临床上主要以对症及支持治疗为主。本例提示沙利度胺可能是一种减少HHT发生出血的有效药物治疗手段，但尚需更多研究进行客观评估。
