利用分子印迹技术分离富集抗氧化物质没食子酸 被引量:3

Separation and Enrichment of the Antioxidant Compound Gallic Acid by Molecular Imprinting Technology

摘要 没食子酸是一种天然多酚类化合物,具有多种生物学活性.实验以没食子酸为模板分子合成分子印迹聚合物,并对印记聚合物的吸附特性以及几种没食子酸结构类似物的吸附性能进行表征,结果表明此印迹聚合物对没食子酸具有较高选择性和亲和性.此外,将分子印迹聚合物作为固相萃取吸附材料从25种菇类中分离富集没食子酸,其中9种菇类中分离得到了没食子酸.经过分子印迹柱萃取后,菇类提取物的抑制红细胞溶血活性和抑制脂质过氧化活性都有不同程度的提高,由此建立一套经济、快速、简便的从天然产物中获得抗氧化成分没食子酸的筛选体系. Gallic acid, a naturally occurring phenolic antioxdiants, has been reported to have a wide vari- ety of biological activities. Amethod to separation and enrichment gallic acid from 25 species of mushrooms us- ing a molecularly imprinted polymer as the sorbent material was developed. The MIP was synthesized by GA as the template, and its adsorption behavior investigated in detail. The MIP exhibited high selectivity and good affinity for GA compared with its structure analogues. GA was detected in 9 of the 25 mushroom species. After per-concentrate by the MIP, the antioxidant potential determined by inhibition of erythrocyte hemolysis and lipid peroxidation of the mushroom extracts has been increased. The approach provided a cost-effective, fast and simple method for obtain active compounds from natural products.
