摘要
社会主义核心价值观的形成过程分为酝酿、提出、深化三个阶段。把握社会主义核心价值观的基本内涵,关键是要从价值理念的层次或高度上来理解它,而不是从目标、特征、实现方式、实践要求等角度去理解。培育核心价值观是建立文化自信,化解社会矛盾、解决社会问题、凝聚社会力量的需要。对围绕核心价值观产生的一些困惑和片面理解,对如何深化核心价值观研究,要给出符合时代精神的回答。
The formation process of the Socialist kernel value system witnessed three stages：preliminary discussion, pro- posal and deepening. The key to command it lies in the value,not its goal,property,realization means or practice demand. To foster the core values is the need for constructing the cultural confidence, the solution of social conflicts and problems and hence gaining the social power. The author answers to a series of doubts and misunderstanding.
