摘要
针对航材需求不确定性大、保障经费紧张导致难以全面充分满足航材保障需求的问题,提出了航空兵团日常训练任务航材需求量和外地驻训任务航材携行量的确定方法.以满足日常训练任务的航材需求量为库存下限,满足日常训练任务和外地驻训任务的航材需求量为库存上限,确定了满足任务要求的航材库存限额标准,为实现航材精确保障提供了决策依据.最后结合实例验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
Aiming at the difficulty in satisfying air materiel support demand fully and suf- ficiently caused by the considerable uncertainty of air materiel demand and scarce support funds, an determination method is proposed to calculate the air materiel demand of daily training mission and other training mission of the aviation regiment. Taking the air materiel demand of daily training mission as the lower limit of inventory and the air materiel demand of daily training mission and other training mission as the upper limit of inventory the criterion of the air materiel inventory limitation to satisfy the mission requirements is established. The method can provide the decision-making basis to achieve the precise support of air materiel. Finally, an application example is given to verify the feasibility and validity of the method.
