钛合金螺旋铣孔与传统钻孔的加工质量对比 被引量:6

摘要 对钛合金进行了螺旋铣孔与传统钻孔试验,研究了两种孔的加工质量及影响因素。结果表明:钛合金螺旋铣孔的质量相对较高,表面粗糙度相对较小;对于螺旋铣孔工艺,轴向每转进给量是影响孔表面粗糙度的主要因素,切向每齿进给量是影响孔圆度的主要因素,螺旋铣孔参数对孔径的影响不大;对于传统钻孔工艺,轴向每转进给量是影响孔表面粗糙度、圆度和孔径的主要因素。 The experiments were carried out on titanium alloy through helical milling and traditional drilling processes, and the holes quality and the influence factors were investigated. Results show that, comparing with the traditional drilling, the helical milling showed better hole quality and the smaller surface roughness. For helical milling process, the axis feed per tooth was the main factor on surface roughness of the holes, the transverse feed per tooth was the main factor on the holes roundness, but the holes diameter was not significantly affected by the helical milling parameters. For traditional drilling process, the axis feed per tooth was the main factor affecting surface roughness, roundness and diameter of the holes.
