摘要
目前,我国制造业已基本实现生产线的自动化,但因技术及成本的限制,在原料上线工作中仍存在大量的人工操作。因原料种类繁多、包装不统一等客观因素,大多需手动配料、上料。为使人从繁重的工作中解脱出来并提高生产效率,目前比较常见的方式是借助翻箱机来完成对粗料的上料,在选择配置时,需要具体结合物料形式、流量、场地等因素。
Atpresent,China＇s manufacturing in dustryhas basical yrealized the automation of production line.Because of the limitation of technology and cost, however, the manual operations still exit, typical y in the feeding lines. Due to various raw materials, disunity packaging, dividing and feedingmustbecompletedbyman.Tomakemanfree from the heavy work and improve the production efficiency,the most commonwayinrecent time is to use a turn box over feeder. And yet, when choosing configuration, it＇s necessary to take material form, flow, production area and other factors intoconsideration.
