摘要
在明确区域建设用地开发标准的前提下,评估建设用地的合理性,对区域土地可持续利用及政策制定有着重要意义。基于GIS和RS技术,实现对区域可建设用地情况的评估。针对大连市西山水库上游地区,利用VM-Map Info构建50m×50m矢量格网为基础数据载体,借助高程、坡度等地形因子得出研究区域的可建设用地情况,将土地分为适宜建设区、限制建设区和禁止建设区3种类型,选取2014年Landsat 8卫星遥感影像数据,在Arc GIS平台下提取土地实际利用信息,将实际土地利用情况与可建设用地进行比较分析,评估大连西山水库上游地区建设用地的合理性。研究发现,大连西山水库上游建设用地强度为43.41%,可建区内土地开发殆尽,在限建区和禁建区内有大面积的建设用地,建设强度大,土地开发存在不合理性用地。
To assess the rationality of regional construction land on the premise of definitude exploiting standards, it was an important to regional sustainable land use and policy development. Based on GIS and RS technology for Dalian Xishan upstream of the reservoir, built 50m × 50m grid vector as carrier for underlying data, using VM - MapInfo, with the help of elevation, slope and other terrain factors could be obtained available land for construction of the study area, and divided into three types, that were the available built - up area, the restricted built - up area and the prohibited built - up area. This paper extracted the actual land use information on the platform of AreGIS from the remote sensing data of Landsat 8 satellite in 2014, and evaluated the rationality of construction land in Dalian Xishan reservoir upstream by comparing of actual land use and available construction land. This paper found that the strength of construction sites in Dalian Xishan upstream of the reservoir was 43.41%, and which was too large. The development of the land in the available built - up area was exhausted, there was a large area of land which could be irrational development land in the restricted built- up area and the prohibited builtup area.
