摘要
为满足新一代集成化电务综合监测系统的需要,提出GSM-R网络接口监测系统的新的设计方案,从RBC-ATP通信链路监测、CTC-CIR通信链路监测和GSM-R网络性能评估3个方面分析系统功能,并提出指标权重法的GSM-R网络状态智能评估方法。
In order to meet the needs of the new generation integrated signal monitoring system, a new design of GSM-R network interface monitor system is recommend. The functions of the new system are discussed regarding the monitor over RBC-ATP communication link and CTC-CIR communication link and the evaluation of GSM-R network performance. A method of KPI weight factor is proposed to evaluate GSM-R network performance.
