摘要
通过探讨地铁上盖类项目环境影响评价工作的技术内容,提出这类项目的最大特点是受外环境噪声、振动影响突出,工作中需要关注的重点是外环境噪声源、振动源对项目敏感建筑的影响。声环境影响评价可采用预测软件建模分析敏感建筑所受影响;振动环境影响可采用类比监测分析和模型分析进行预测评价;室内振动预测宜采用数值仿真法;二次辐射噪声影响可采用类比测试法和数值仿真法进行分析。
The paper explores the contents of environmental impact assessment for constructions above subway line. As the main influence on this type of projects is the noise source from external environment and vibration, the issues which should be paid attention to are the effect of external environmental noise and vibration on the sensitive buildings of the project. The noise impact assessment could be achieved by modeling and analyzing with the prediction software. The vibration impact could be assessed by analogy monitoring and model analysis. The Indoor vibration prediction can adopt numerical simulation. The analogy monitoring and the numerical method could be used to assess the secondary radiation impact.
