摘要
Excel条件格式可以根据单元格内容有选择性地自动应用格式,能给教师的教务管理工作带来许多便利。尤其结合公式灵活应用条件格式,可以快速地标识包含文本的单元格,标识两个列表中不相同的数据,标识前几名的数据,标识满足特殊条件的日期,让工作表间隔固定行显示阴影,判断输入数据的正确性,显示选中单元格所在行、列,快速查找和定位数据,自动绘制进度图表。
Excel conditional format can selectively and automatically apply format according to the content of the cell, which can bring much more convenience for teaching. Gombining with the formula, excel conditional format can apply flexibly and identify cells that contain text, as well as the different data in two lists. It can also identify dates that meet the special conditions, shadow display the fixed line interval of the work table, judge the correctness of the input data, display the specific row and column of the selected cells, search and locate data quickly, and at last, draw a progress chart automatically.
