摘要
随着社会经济的发展和公众人权意识的增强,儿童虐待问题越来越受到重视。儿童由于自身认知发展水平低、沟通存在一定问题,加之社会防范意识薄弱,自我保护技能欠缺,往往成为受虐待的对象。文章分析了儿童虐待的特点,从躯体伤害和心理伤害两个方面分析了虐待对儿童的影响,并重点分析了虐待给儿童带来的抑郁、自卑、人格障碍等心理影响。同时,立足于社会支持和政策法规层面对国内外儿童虐待的干预和预防进行了梳理,进而分析了儿童虐待的研究现状并对研究面临的挑战进行了展望。
With the social development and the enhancement of public awareness of human fights, the issue of child abuse is attracting more and more attention. Owing to children＇ s low level of cognitive development, their problems in social communication, and their weak awareness of and skills in self-protection, they often be- come targets of abuse. This paper analyzes the characteristics of child abuse, and its effects on children, such as physical and mental injury, especially such psychological effects as depression, low self-esteem, and personality disorder. In conclusion, based on a review of the interventions in and prevention of child abuse in China and oth- er countries from the perspectives of relevant social support and policies and laws and regulations, the article ana- lyzes the current research into child abuse, and discusses the challenges for the research.
