摘要
研究了大直径PA46单丝后拉伸工艺,讨论了拉伸倍率、拉伸温度和热定型温度对大直径PA46单丝结构及性能的影响。实验表明:当拉伸倍率为6,一级拉伸温度为95℃,二级拉伸温度为200℃时,大直径PA46单丝的断裂强度可达6.40cN/dtex。
The tensile technology of large diameter PA46 were studied. The influence of stretching ratio,stretching temperature,thermosetting temperature on the structure and properties of PA46 were discussed. The results demonstrated that when the stretching ratio value was 6, one-stage stretching temperature was 95℃, two-step stretching temperature was 200℃ ,the breaking stretching of PA46 was up to 6.40cN/dtex.
