摘要
文章对知识管理思想的演变过程及未来发展趋势进行了分析与评价。知识管理是知识经济时代一种全新的管理,文章认为知识管理思想的演变经历了萌芽发展、形成与发展3个阶段,并对各阶段的社会背景、代表人物及其学术观点进行了分析与评价。提出信息革命是知识管理思想产生与发展的原动力,介绍了知识管理思想的发展轨迹,指出大数据时代的知识管理思想将得到进一步的发展,组织与个人知识管理面对的是信息传播与知识转移的风险控制与责任承担。
This paper analyzes and evaluates the evolution process and future development trend of the thought on knowledge management. Knowledge management is a totally new management in the economy age. The paper shows that the evolution of the thought on knowledge management has experienced 3 stages, including germination stage, formation stage and developing stage, at the same time, the paper analyzes and evaluates social contexts, representatives and academic viewpoints for each stage of the thought on knowledge management. Then, the paper proposes that information revolution is the driver on emergent and development of the thought on knowledge management, as well as what the thought ＇ s developing route is, and points out that the thought in big data era will grow and develop further. Risk control and responsibility bear on information dissemination and knowledge transfer are what organizations and individuals confront with in the future.
