摘要
对海上石油开采过程中溢油事故进行了重点阐述和探讨,进一步研究海洋环境、海底地层和钻采工艺等多方面因素对溢油事故的影响。同时,应用事故树分析法,选取了辽河油田浅海开发公司葵东区块进行了实例分析,进一步论证了地层条件和钻采工艺等对海上溢油事故的影响和相关防范重点,对海上石油开采过程中的溢油风险评估提供一定的参考和依据。
This paper mainly expounds and discusses oil spill accidents during the process of offshore oil extraction. It makes further study on the impacts of various factors including marine environment,marine strata and drilling process on oil spill accidents.Meanwhile,the paper makes a case study by selecting Kuidong block of Liaohe Oilfield Qianhai Development Company through adopting fault tree analysis method. It further demonstrates the impacts of formation conditions and drilling technology on offshore oil spill accidents and the related prevention focus. These may provide certain reference and basis for risk assessment of oil spill during the process of offshore oil extraction.
