摘要
近年中国展开了对构建"中国特色和谐劳动关系"的探索,并逐步形成了迥异于工业化国家的治理理念和体制机制格局。建设中国特色社会主义孕育了中国特色和谐劳动关系,它属于中国社会治理的一部分。基于和谐理念的三方协调机制、区域和行业集体协商模式及"大调解"式的劳动争议处理机制,丰富了劳动关系治理体系。但终其根本,这套体系并非以保障劳动关系主体的权利为依归,其最终目标是保持国家和社会稳定,促进实现"两个一百年"的中国梦。
In recent years, the construction of "labor relations with Chinese characteristics" is being explored in China, and the concept and mechanisms pattern of administration totally different from industrialized countries has been gradually formed. As one part of social administration in China, to build socialism with Chinese characteristics spawned the labor relations with Chinese characteristics. The tripartite co - ordination mechanism based on the harmonious concept, regional and industrial collective consultation model and the " big mediation" mechanism of labor dispute settlement have enriched labor relations governance system. However, this system is not subject to protect the rights of labor relations actors, with the ultimate goal of maintaining stability of state and society, and enhancing the realization of Chinese Dream of "two one -hundred -years"
