摘要
根据N310后桥的结构及工艺布局,引入旋转格莱圈,介绍了环焊专机的设计过程,实现了旋转动力头上的三个油缸在胀紧与夹紧的同时,还可以N*360°的旋转自动焊接、自动松开等一系列程序控制,减少了焊接变形,提高了产品的焊接质量。
According to the N310 rear axle structure and welding process layout, introduced the design process of special ring welding machine by using a rotational Glyd ring ,which can control three hydro-cylinder auto expanding and clamping on the rotary power head, the same as can realize a series of program control, as auto N*360 DEG rotating automatic welding and auto undo the clamp, reduce welding deformation and improving the welding quality of products.
