摘要
在工作实践中时常面对着如何提高注塑模的生产效率和产品质量,为充分提高工厂的经济效益跟生产效率,同时保证产品的注塑效果,通过对生产实际中医疗器械生产模具的实践研究,采用热流道设计技术,通过对圆形与扁形热流道的实践对比研究,在同样满足使用条件的情况下,扁形热喷嘴热流道相对于圆形热喷嘴热流道,扁形热喷嘴热流道所占用的模具面积要小的多,提高生产效率,同时提高喷嘴导热效果,使加热元件所需功率降低,从而节约电力资源。
