摘要
针对三维间隔机织物厚度、弯曲刚度较大,不能采用常规二维机织物卷取机构进行卷取的问题,介绍三维间隔机织物的结构、设计方法和织造原理,重点分析三维矩形间隔机织物卷取机构的设计特点及卷取方法。指出,三维织机的卷取运动是间歇的,其卷取机构通过应用并合理控制伺服电机和直线电机,可顺利实现织物卷取并保持织物形状,灵活性较大。
Considering the fact that the thickness and the bending stiffness of the 3D spaced fab- ric makes it difficult to take up with the mechanism for 2D fabric,introduction is made to the 3D spaced fabric regarding the texture,design method,and the weaving-how. Highlight is given to the design feature and the take-up method of the take-up mechanism for the 3D spaced fab- ric. Conclusion is made that the take-up action is intermittent. Application and the reasonable control of the servo motor and linear motor can successfully achieve the fabric take-up and keep the fabric shape,which is characterized with flexibility.
