摘要
分别采用碱溶胀法和原位法制备了中空型聚丙烯酸酯乳液和酪素基SiO2纳米复合乳液,并通过物理共混法获得中空型聚丙烯酸酯/酪素基SiO2纳米复合乳液.结果表明:当碱溶胀pH值为12.3、碱溶胀时间为3h,可以制备出综合性能较好的中空型聚丙烯酸酯乳液.TEM与DLS表征结果显示:聚丙烯酸酯乳胶粒经溶胀后形成了结构规整的中空结构,粒径约为90nm左右;中空型聚丙烯酸酯/酪素基SiO2纳米复合乳液乳胶粒粒径约为100nm左右,且分布较窄.涂饰应用结果表明:所得复合乳液涂饰后的革样具有较优的机械性能.
The hollow polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by alkali swelling of core-shell polyacrylate emulsion. At the same time, casein-based nano silica emulsion was synthesized via in situ polymerization. By physical blending, hollow polyacrylate/casein-based silica nano composite emulsion was obtained. The results showed that the better comprehensive performance of hollow polymer emulsion could be obtained under the following conditions:pH is 12.3 and reaction time is 3 h. The characterization results showed that successful preparation of hollow particles after alkali swelling,of which size was about 90 nm. The particle size of composite emulsion was about 100 nm in size with uniform distribution. The application results showed the leather finished with hollow polyacrylate/casein-based silica nano composite emulsion had expected mechanical properties.
