摘要
斗山ACE-V950立式加工中心在我公司主要用于桥壳的加工,由于其换刀装置的动作控制比较复杂,包含机械、电气与PMC、液压和检测等技术,所以自动换刀装置的故障率比较高。本文以主要介绍斗山ACE-V950立式加工中心自动换刀装置刀具交换的控制,列举了一些常见卡刀故障的分析与处理。
Doosan ACE-V950 vertical machining center in our company is mainly used for axle housing, owing to the complicated motion controlling in it, which involves technologies of mechanical, electrical and PMC, hydraulic pressure and detecting, flaw occurrence tend to be higher in the automatic tool charger. The essay mainly introduced controlling in the device of automatic tool charger of ACE-V950 vertical machining centre produced by Doosan, and some common swaginl~ clamps＇fault analysis and processina.
