摘要
针对小口径穿甲爆破弹引信前冲过载的问题,提出了运用显示动力学有限元分析软件ANSYS/LSDYNA对30mm小口径穿甲爆破弹侵彻靶板过程进行数值仿真,从而得到弹丸碰靶过程中引信前冲过载系数的方法。该方法可以得到弹丸着角、着速、靶板厚度以及靶板材质对弹丸和引信前冲过载的影响。仿真结果表明:在侵彻过程中弹丸前冲过载较大,可达到几十万g;弹丸最大前冲过载随着着角的增大而减小;弹丸最大前冲过载与靶板厚度成正比;靶板材质对弹丸前冲过载也有影响,弹丸碰击相同厚度的四种不同材料靶板时最大前冲过载从大到小依次为:钢板、铝合金板、水曲柳胶合板、杉木板,故靶板强度越大弹丸穿靶前冲过载也越大。头部镶有钨合金块的弹丸侵彻靶板时会出现两个峰值。
Due to the problems of set-forward in designing small caliber artillery armour-piercing high-explosive projectile fuze,this paper proposed a method that the processes of a small caliber artillery armour-piercing high-explosive projectile penetrating homogeneous steel plate was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The methods could gain the influence effect of the projectile angle of attack,velocity,the materials and thickness of target on set-forward overload of projectile and fuze.The simulation results indicated that set-forward overload of projec-tile was great during penetration,which could reach hundreds of thousands g.The maximum set-forward over-load was proportional to the thickness of target.The up to low sequence of set-forward overload was steel plate, aluminum alloy plate,ash plywood,cedar plank.So the set-forward overload of projectile was increase with the target plate strength increasing.
