摘要
为改善唐钢1700线板卷表面夹渣情况,对中薄板坯连铸机用浸入式水口建立了水模模型试验,研究不同拉速、不同浸入深度情况下对钢水流场的影响。研究结果表明:随着浸入深度的增加,其涡流涡心位置和深度明显改变;同时液面波高降低和表面流速降低;板卷表面夹渣缺陷有所降低。现场通过插钉方法检测,其流场情况与水模试验结果相符。
To improve the surface inclusion of sheet coil of 1700 line of Tang Steel, the hydraulic model experiment is conducted for the medium and thin slab caster to research the influence of different casting speed or different immersion depth on molten steel flow field. It is showed from the result that along with the immersion depth increased, the location and depth of center of vortex are obviously changed, at the same time the molten steel level lowered and surface flow speed reduced, the surface inclusion of sheet coil improved. Checked with inserting nail at site, the status is proved same with the hydraulic model experiment.
