摘要 高校实验室化学废液量较大,成分复杂,可能具有腐蚀性、毒性、易燃性、反应性及感染性等一种或几种危险特性,处理不当会对环境安全和人体健康构成严重的威胁,专业公司处理则费用较高。基于合理处理实验室化学废液的目的,对高校实验室废液的主要来源进行了分析,提出了分类收集办法和处理原则。对实验室常见废液,包括酸碱废液、含铬废液、含镍、铜、锌等金属离子废水及有机溶剂等,提出了针对性的处理方法。并提出了实验室废液的安全管理与合理处置的建设性意见。 Waste liquid of university chemical laboratory has a great quantity and complicated composition, which perhaps has one or more of characteristics, such as corrosive, toxic, flammable, reactivity and infectious risk. If taking an improperly handing method will do a serious threat to environmental safety and human health. However the cost of dealing with the waster liquid by a professional company is higher. Based on the purpose of the reasonable treatment the laboratory chemical waste liquid, the main sources of the waste liquid were analyzed, and the classified collection methods and management principles were proposed. At the same time, this article proposed a corresponding treatment method and constructive suggestions about safety management, and reasonable treatment was put forward for common laboratory waste liquid, including acid and alkali waste liquid, waste liquid contained chromium or contained nickel, copper, zinc and other metal ions, organic solvents and so on.
