摘要
为更好地满足热挤压成型机的用户需求,将情感化设计方法运用到热挤压成型机的设计开发中。在设计过程中,对用户需求进行了分析,建立了用户对产品的情感需求模型,从形态、色彩、材质方面对产品造型进行设计编码,从感官、行为和反思层面对用户体验进行设计解码,对热挤压成型机进行改进设计,以提高产品外观品质、降低用户工作疲劳并减少事故发生率。
In order to meet market needs better, the emotional design metod was used to design hot extrusion molding machine. In design process, the emotional needs model of user to product was established based on the analysis of user needs and market needs, the coding to product modeling was carried out from shape, color and texture, the decoding to user experience was performed from senses, behavinr and reflection. At last, the optimization design was completed, so that the quality of product appearance was improved, aecidents and fatigue were decreased.
