摘要
对碳纤维复合材料薄壁圆筒车削加工工艺进行分析研究,主要从工件的加工特性、切削颤振对工件加工精度的影响进行分析,研制专用定位夹紧装置,进行切削刀具几何参数研究试验与确定,采用正交实验方法进行切削试验,确定最优切削参数组合,通过实验验证该加工工艺的可行性。解决了薄壁碳纤维圆筒加工中出现拉丝起毛、装夹变形和加工变形的关键技术难点,确定的加工工艺方法应用于生产实践中,取得了显著效果。
This paper analyses and researches the technological methods of the thin walled cylin-der of carbon fiber reinforced plastics.The influ-ence of processing characteristics and cutting vibra-tion has been analyzed by experiment for the work pieces.Special mechanism for champing and posi-tioning was developed,at the same time choice of geometry technical parameters and materials were experimentally determined. Orthogonal experi-ments were used to make sure the optimal cutting parameters,verified the feasibility of the process through experiments.Cracked the key technical difficulties such as wire drawing,burrs and the de-formation of champing and machining.It had made significant effect to apply the processing technolo-gy to the production.
