摘要
对整体式橡胶履带进行系统的力学性能试验是履带式车辆走行系统安全性判定的重要手段之一。简要分析了一种履带式车辆行走机构的结构与原理,设计出一套合理的试验装置及方法,对整体式橡胶履带进行了定载荷下的伸长率、断裂载荷和拉断伸长率试验及驱动齿剪切强度、导向齿剪切强度试验,并与国外同类产品进行对比分析。研究表明:国产整体式橡胶履带力学性能和国外产品基本一致,试验设计达到预期效果,具有较好的实用推广价值。研究成果对整体式橡胶履带国产化设计和试验起指导作用。
Mechanical performance test of integral rubber tracks is the most important method for determining the security of tracked vehicle walk system. In this paper, the structure and principle of a tracked vehicle walk system is analyzed and a set of reasonable experimental device and method is designed. The elongation under fixed load, fracture load and the break elongation, shear strength of drive gear, shear strength of guide shear of the systern were tested, and compared with those of the similar foreign products. The results showed that the domestic mechanical properties of the integral rubber tracks were as good as the foreign products.
