摘要
目的:观察高剂量肺痨康对耐多药结核分枝杆菌的抑制作用。方法:采用尾静脉注射耐多药结核分枝杆菌造模,随机分四组,连续灌胃给药治疗56 d后处死,称取小鼠体重,取各脏器称重、计算脏器系数,并观察各组小鼠主要脏器的病理形态学变化。结果:高剂量肺痨康、高剂量肺痨康与利福平联合均能升高耐多药结核模型小鼠的体重,降低升高的肺脏系数和肝脏系数,减少肺部结节数,延长模型小鼠的存活时间。病理结果显示,高剂量痨康、高剂量肺痨康与利福平联合治疗后均可以不同程度缓解肝、脾和肺部炎性改变。结论:高剂量肺痨康对耐多药结核模型小鼠具有较好的治疗作用。
Objective:To explore the inhibitory effect of Fei Lao-kang in high dosage on multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.Method:The models were prepared by injecting tuberculosis into the tail vein of rats,which therapy 56 days continuously through intragastric administration.Then weigh the mice and their organs,calculate the organ coefficient and observe the pathological changes of main organs of the mice.Result: The weight of mice in the Fei Lao-kang group and combination group increaced,and the liver coefficient and the coefficient of lung decrease.The number of pulmonary nodules reduced and the survival time of the model mice extended.The pathology result showed that Fei Lao-kang in high dosage and high dosage Fei Lao-kang joint with rifampicin can relief the inflammation of liver,lung and spleen.Conclusion:Fei Lao-kang in high dosage has good therapeutic effect in rifampicin resistant tuberculosis model mice.
