摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果及安全性分析。方法:选择2013年1月—2014年1月收治的156例肺炎患儿,随机分成两组,每组各78例,对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予口服复方鱼腥草糖浆,观察两组临床疗效、临床症状体征消失时间、肺功能改善情况及不良反应。结果:疗程结束后,对照组、观察组的治疗总有效率分别为91.03%、98.72%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组总有效率,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组哮鸣音消失时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患儿治疗后热退时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间、气促消失时间显著短于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前肺功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患儿肺功能均有提高,观察组患儿肺功能提高显著优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿在治疗的过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:西医常规对症治疗联合复方鱼腥草糖浆治疗小儿肺炎有效,可有效改善临床症状、体征,提高肺功能,缩短治疗时间,且安全性较高,值得在临床上广泛的推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of children pneumonia. Method： 156 pneumonia cases from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospi- tal were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 78 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group used oral compound Yuxingcao syrup baesd on the control group. The clini- cal curative effect, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time, pulmonary function to improve the situation and adverse reaction of two groups were observed. Results ：After the treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 91.03%, observation group ＇ s was 98.72%. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）; wheeze disappeared time of two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）,the fever cough disappeared time, pulmonary rales disappearance time, shortness of breath; the disappearance time of disappearance time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group ,which had significant difference be- tween two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; two patients pulmonary function before treatment differences had no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ） , after treatment, two groups lung function in children increased, the lung function of observation group im- proved significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; two pa- tients in the treatment process had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion：The Western conventional treatment combined with significant compound Yuxingcao syrup for treatment of children with pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve lung function, shorten treatment time, and has higher security. It is worthy to be popularized and applied widely in clinic.
