摘要
运用PLC和组态软件设计皮带运输机控制系统。该系统利用PLC运行可靠性高及系统通用性强的特点和组态软件实时人机通讯功能,实现了对设备运行情况进行在线监控和故障报警,满足皮带运输机控制系统的控制要求。
Using PLC and configuration software to design the control system of belt conveyer. The system makes use of PLC＇s features of high operating reliability and strong generality and live man-machine communication function of configuration software to fulfill on- line monitoring and fault alarm for the supervision of equipment operating situation, and meet the control request of belt conveyer control system.
