从中西医角度探讨动脉粥样硬化与肿瘤的关系 被引量:2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化性病变与肿瘤均是临床最常见的疾病,在中医学中分别属于"脉痹""胸痹""中风"等与"癥瘕积聚"范畴。二者向来被认为是2种不同的病证,中医辨证分型及治疗原则各异。故从古代文献、现代临床及基础研究方面综合分析后发现动脉粥样硬化与肿瘤有着类似的诱导因素与发病机制,从病性方面可将动脉粥样硬化看做微观癥瘕积聚,在治疗方面二者也可相互借鉴、异病同治。 Atherosclerosis and tumor have a high incidence in the clinical practice, separately belonging to" MaiBi", "XiongBi" ,"Stroke" and "Zhengjia Jiju" category in TCM. Both of them have been subordinate to different diseases, with different TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment principles. This article have a comprehensive analysis from the aspect of ancient literature, modern clinical and basic research, It is found that atherosclerosis and tumor have similar inducing factors and pathogenesis. From the characteristics of atherosclerosis, it can be seen as the microscopic "ZhengJiaJiJu", and the treatments can referenced from each other.
