摘要
目的观察浅层吸痰法在减少机械通气患者呼吸机相关性肺炎及气道黏膜损伤中的作用,探寻更为适合的吸痰方法。方法对机械通气患者进行随机分组,分别采用常规吸痰及浅层吸痰方法,对呼吸机肺炎发生率及气管黏膜损伤进行比较。结果常规吸痰组患者气道黏膜损伤的例数较多,呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率较浅层吸痰组明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浅层吸痰法可以降低机械通气患者气道黏膜损伤及呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,提高人工气道疗效,减低并发症,有效地提高患者的人工气道护理质量,是建立了人工气道患者的一种较为理想的、人性化的吸痰方法,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To explore effects of different ways of sputum aspiration on mechanical ventilation patients. Meth- ods Mechanical ventilation patients from January 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital ICU were divided into two groups based on the establishment of artificial airway date, patients of odd number were the observation group, using shallow suction method, pa- tients of even number as the control group, using conventional sputum suction method. The patients ventilator associated pneumonia （VAP） and airway injury of two groups were observed in the sputum suction operation. Results Conventional sputum suction method caused more airway mucosal injury and VAP compared with the observation group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shallow suc- tion method can or reduce airway injury of mechanical ventilation patients, reduce the incidence of VAP, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
