摘要
以3万t/a热法磷酸生产装置为例,阐述了带热能利用的热法磷酸生产装置的工艺流程、技术特点、主要操作条件,进行了物料衡算、热量衡算和主要设备的选型计算。建成装置现已达产达标,生产操作稳定、运行可靠,说明该装置的工艺设计是成功的。总结了实施热能回收利用技术后热法磷酸装置取得的节能、节水及减排效果,指出该技术对中国现阶段实施节能减排的重要意义。
With the capacity of 30 000 t/a thermal process phosphoric acid plant as the design benchmark, technological pro- cess, technical features, and main operating conditions of a thermal process phosphoric acid production plant with heat ener- gy utilization were introduced.Material balance, heat balance, and the main equipment selection were calculated.Process de- sign of the equipment was successful base on the established plant reaching standard and output, and on stable operation and reliability service of built devices.The effect of energy saving,water saving, and emission reduction with the patented tech- nology was summarized, and the significance of the technology was also pointed out to China's current energy conservation and emissions reduction.
