摘要
Nb-Ni-Ti三元合金具有较低的成本、较高的氢渗透性、良好的抗氢脆性及热稳定性,被认为是新一代在高温氢分离应用中的首选膜材料之一。简要回顾了氢分离渗透膜在近年来的发展历史,总结了目前Nb-Ni-Ti合金系氢分离渗透膜的制备技术;同时结合笔者在本领域的研究,着重分析了该合金系氢分离渗透膜的氢渗透理论及影响因素;最后展望了Nb-Ni-Ti三元合金系氢分离渗透膜的发展趋势。
Nb-Ni-Ti ternary alloy is considered to be one of the preferred membrane materials for separation of hydrogen gas at high temperature due to its lower cost,good thermal stability,high hydrogen permeability and high resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.The development history of hydrogen separation permeation membrane made of Nb-Ni-Ti alloy is briefly reviewed.The preparation technologies of the membrane are also summarized.Furthermore,the mechanism and influence factors of hydrogen separation permeation membrane made of Nb-Ni-Ti alloy are described,and finally the prosperous future is expected.
