摘要
为了从理论上探讨齿面粗糙度对齿轮传动接触疲劳应力的影响,首先借助分形函数模拟生成横向纹理粗糙曲线;然后将其叠加到油膜厚度方程中进而构建了重载齿轮传动混合弹流润滑模型。基于此模型,采用多重网格法进行了40组数值计算。结果表明:随着齿面粗糙度的增加,齿面平均油膜厚度几乎呈线性增加;而齿面接触应力则是先逐渐降低然后再不断变大,即二者之间呈抛物线关系。通过对计算结果的回归分析,建立了齿面接触应力与齿面粗糙度之间的定量关系。
In order to discuss theoretically the effects of surface roughness on gearing contact fatigue stress, a mixed Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication (EHL) model for heavy-duty gear transmission was established based on the transverse roughness features simulated by the fractal function, which were superimposed to the film equation. Applied the multi-grid method, 40 groups of numerical calculations were completed. The results show that the average film thickness is almost linearly increased with an increment of the roughness value. But it is not simply the case that the less the roughness value, the better. When the roughness is less than a critical value, however, increasing roughness value is found to reduce the maximum principal shear stress on pinion subsurface. At the end, the quantitative relation between the maximum principal shear stress and the roughness is acquired based on the regression analysis of the calculation results.
