摘要
以培养时间为横坐标,吸光度为纵坐标,通过发光生物在污染水体中的生长试验,绘制污染水体中哈维氏弧菌、费氏弧菌、火神弧菌、明亮发光菌杆菌以及发光异短杆菌的生长曲线。确定发光生物在污染水质中的培养条件,为发光生物的生长条件提供可靠的依据。结果表明,发光生物的生长和污染水体具有很大的相关性,污染程度越大,发光生物生长越迅速。
With the training time as abscissa, absorbanee as ordinate, through experiment of luminous organism in contaminated water, the growth curves of Vibrio harveyi, Vibrio fischeri, Vibrio logei, Luminescent bacterium Bacillus were drawn. The culture conditions for luminous or- ganism in contaminated water was determined, which will provide reliable basis for growth conditions of tuminous organism. The results showed that the growth of luminous organism is significantly correlated with contaminated water.
