摘要
总结了69例心房颤动外科射频消融术后复发行电复律治疗的护理要点。电复律前充分做好各项准备工作和患者的心理护理,取得患者的配合,电复律中严密观察病情变化,电复律后加强病情观察及用药指导,及时、有效地解除患者的异常情况,提高电复律成功率。
This paper summarized the nursing care of 69 patients with recurrent atrial fibrillation treated by electrical conversion after radiofrequency ablation. The key points in nursing were fully preparation and psychologi- cal nursing before electrical conversion,close monitoring of illness state during electrical conversion,as well as in- tensive observation of patients＇ state,medication guidance,timely detection and treatment of abnormal states after electrical conversion.
