摘要
目的:研究珍石九味膏对实验动物的急性毒性和皮肤刺激性,以了解其安全性。方法:珍石九味膏外涂于大鼠皮肤进行急性毒性实验,观测毒性反应表现和体质量变化;采用同体左右侧自身对照,并与空白基质对照,将珍石九味膏单次和多次外涂于豚鼠背部正常或破损脱毛区,观察其对动物的皮肤刺激性反应。结果:急性毒性实验中,珍石九味膏各剂量均未对大鼠产生急性毒性,给药各组大鼠体质量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。皮肤刺激性实验中,珍石九味膏对完整皮肤无刺激性,未见豚鼠给药处皮肤出现红斑、水肿等情况;对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性,但给药24 h后刺激消失。结论:实验剂量的珍石九味膏未对大鼠产生急性毒性;对豚鼠破损皮肤无持续刺激性。
Objective ：To reserch animal models ccute toxicity and skin stimulating induced by Zhenshi Jiuwei ointment, and evaluate the safety of the drug. Methods：To applyind Zhenshi Jiuwei ointment on the intact skin and the damaged skin of the rat models, The toxicity and body weight were observed. To applyind zhenshi Jiuwei ointment on the intact skin and the damaged skin of guinea pig models, By self-control of left andright side after single and multiple administration, to observe the skin stimulating reaction on the skin. Results： In acute toxic test,Zhen- shi Jiuwei ointment had no acute toxicity to rats;and no significant effect on body weight, compared with control group. In skin stimulatiny test, there were no skin stimulation on the intact skin of guinea pigs, and had no erythe- ma and edema;there had no obvious skin Stimulation on the damaged skin, and the skin stimulation disappeared after 24h. Conclusion： In a certain-dose, Zhenshi Jiuwei ointment has no acute toxicity on the rats, has no skin stimulating on the guinea pigs.
