摘要
目的分析社区护理干预对高血压患者治疗效果的影响。方法接受社区护理干预者56例纳入干预组,另选48例患者纳入对照组。结果干预后,干预组血压水平低于干预前、低于对照组,干预组血压达标率、治疗依从率高于对照组。结论社区护理干预有助于提高高血压治疗效果。
Objective To analysis the effect of comnmunity nursing intervention on treatment of patients with hypertension. Methods 56 cases received community nursing intervention into the intervention group, another 48 patients in the control group. Results after the intervention, the interveution group blood pressure levels lower than those before intervention, the intervention group than in the control group, blood pressure control rate, treatment compliance rate was higher than the control group. Conclusion Community nursing intervention is helpful to improve the effect of the treatment of hypertension.
