摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在妊娠糖尿病患者的临床应用效果。方法入选我院妊娠期糖尿病患者102例,其中2013年1月-12月50例作为对照组,给予传统健康教育,2014年1月-12月52例作为观察组,给予综合护理路径。结果出院前1天观察组患者空腹血糖及胰岛素抵抗均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的住院天数明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理满意度观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;知识问卷调查结果显示,观察组的合格率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论临床护理路径可改善妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖水平,缩短住院时间,提高患者的疾病知识掌握率和护理工作满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Selected in our hospital 102 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients, which in 2013 January - December 50 cases as the control group, given traditional health education in 2014 January - December 52 cases as the observation group, given comprehensive nursing path. Results I days before discharge observation group blood sugar and insulin resistance in patients with fasting were lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, the patients in observation group were the days of hospitalization was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; knowledge questionnaire survey result display, observe the qualified rate group were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.（）5 ） . Conclusion The clinical care path can improve the pregant diabetic＇s blood glucose levels, shorten the hospitalization time, improve patient disease-related knowledge and satisfaction rate of nursing work.
