摘要
目的分析探讨经皮肝穿刺胆管引流术（PTCD）治疗胆管癌并发症的护理方法,以提高护理水平。方法对2012年3月-2013年3月之间收治的46例胆管癌PTCD手术后出现并发症的患者实施护理,对患者密切观察、详细记录后确定护理方案,有针对性的采取护理措施。结果通过对患者采取一般性护理、心理护理并针对并发症做好个性化护理,所有患者的术后并发症完全消失并出院。结论对经皮肝穿刺胆管引流术（PTCD）治疗胆管癌并发症的患者实施系统、针对性的护理,能够有效的治疗患者术后并发症,具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage （ PTCD ） method for the treatment of bile duct cancer nursing complications, to improve the level of nursing. Methods The nursing of complications in 46 cases of cholangiocarcinoma PTCD operation in our hospital between 2012 March -2013 year in March after the patients, close observation of patients, with determined on the record after the nursing project, adopt the nuring targeted measures. Results By taking the general nursing, psychological nursing and complications do for personalized care for patients, all patients had complications disappear completely and discharge. Conclusion The percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage （ PTCD ） for the treatment of carcinoma of bile duct complications in patients with the implementation of the system, targeted nursing, can treat patients effective complications, has important significance.
