环境砷暴露代谢及机体损害的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,环境砷暴露的危害越来越严重,不仅造成多器官不同程度损伤,还会引发或诱发肝、肺、皮肤或膀胱等组织癌变,严重影响人们的生命健康。文章拟从环境砷暴露代谢基本过程、相关酶代谢及其相关基因的研究等方面阐述近年来环境砷暴露血清代谢及其引发的肝、肾和皮肤损害的研究概况,为今后的研究提供理论依据。 In recent years, more and more serious environmental harm of arsenic exposure not only caused multiple organ injury of varying degrees, can also cause or induce liver, lung, skin or bladder cancer, seriously affecting people’s lives and health. This paper from the basic processes of environmental arsenic metabolism and related enzymes in metabolism and related genes research and other aspects of environmental arsenic metabolism in serum and liver, kidney and skin damaging research profiles, provides a theoretical basis for future research.
