摘要
直肠癌是世界第三常见的恶性肿瘤。随着生活方式的不断变化,我国直肠癌发病率正逐年递增,成为危害人们健康的主要疾病之一。放射治疗是直肠癌治疗的主要手段之一,而直肠癌的放射敏感性是决定放疗疗效的关键因素之一,不同程度影响着直肠癌的放射治疗效果。因此,寻找与放疗敏感性相关的生物学标志物,对于直肠癌患者的个体化治疗有着重要的临床意义,甚至可以影响直肠癌患者的预后。PBK/TOPK是一个新近发现的丝-苏氨酸蛋白激酶,是一个重要的信号分子。既往研究表明PBK/TOPK在生理情况下,多种增殖活跃的正常组织中表达呈低阳性。近年来研究显示,PBK/TOPK在多种恶性肿瘤中呈高表达,其中包括直肠癌细胞。为探讨其能否成为诊断直肠癌标志物提供了思路。因此,文章就PBK/TOPK在直肠癌中的表达及与放射敏感性关系的研究进展作一综述。
Rectal carcinoma is the third most common cancer in the world. With changinglifestyles, the incidence of rectal carcinoma are increasing year by year, and rectal carcinoma is becoming one of the major diseases to endanger people’s health. Radiotherapy is one of the main means of rectal carcinoma treatment, and the radiation sensitivity of rectal carcinoma,which affect therectal carcinoma therapeutic effect of radiation, is one of the key factors that determines the efficacy of radiotherapy. Therefore,tosearch the radio-sensitivityrelated biomarkers has important clinical significance to individualized treatment for rectal carcinoma patients, and even affect the prognosis of rectal carcinoma patients. PBK/TOPK is a newly discovered silk-threonine protein kinase, and is an important signaling molecule. Previous studies showed that PBK/TOPK showed low positive in a variety of actively proliferating normal tissuesunder physiological conditions. Recent studies demonstrated that PBK/TOPK showed high expressionin a variety of malignant tumors, which including rectal carcinoma cells.It is a guideline whether PBK/TOPK can become a diagnostic marker for rectal carcinoma.Therefore,we described the research progress in the relationship between PBK/TOPK expression in rectal carcinoma and radio-sensitivity.
