摘要
本文对硅灰石矿纤进行了不同筛分处理,并对各不同组分的颗粒形态、各组分加填对纸页性能的各种影响进行了研究分析,研究表明:低目数矿纤组分加填表现出较好的提高纸页挺度、松厚度性能,留着率也较高;高目数矿纤组分表现出较好的保留纸页强度、不透明度性能,300目至700目组分的综合性能较好。
This paper studied the influence of different screening fractions of mineral fiber on paper properties. Parti- cle morphology of different fractions was analyzed. The research showed that the lower mesh fraction is beneficial for the stiffness and bulk of the sheet and the retention of filler; higher mesh fraction is good for sheet strength and o- pacity. The comprehensive performance of the fraction from 300 mesh to 700 mesh is the best.
