摘要
基于信息生态系统相关理论,对政府信息公开的信息生态系统、构成要素及其相互关系进行了构建和论述,并对社会评议参与下的政府信息公开的信息生态平衡及其重要性进行了分析,进而从系统的角度揭示政府信息公开主体及其信息活动之间相互促进且相互制约的关系。
Based on the theory of information ecosystem, the paper trie to build the information ecosystem of government information disclosure. First, it discusses the components of the information ecosystem of government information disclosure and their mutual relationship. And it analyzes the ecobalance importance of the information ecosystem of government information disclosure with the participation of social commentary. Then from the angle of the system, it reveals mutual promotion and mutual restriction relationship between the main body of government information disclosure and their information activities. It provides reference for the specific implementation and improvements of government information disclosure system of social evaluation.
