摘要
目的:探究脑梗死后遗症患者应用奥拉西坦治疗对其生活质量影响.方法:随机抽取本院近年来收治急性脑梗死患者100例,根据治疗方案差异将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各有患者50例.对照组患者接受常规血塞通注射液治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上联合奥拉西坦,对比两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及SF-36生活质量评分.结果:两组患者治疗前神经缺损功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者神经缺损评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者进行生活质量评估,观察组患者相对于对照组患者有显著优越性,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:相对于其它类型疾病患者,脑梗死后遗症患者的生活方式及环境均会发生剧烈变化,对患者采取有效方法治疗对提高其生活质量具有重要意义.对脑梗死后遗症患者应用奥拉西坦可改善患者神经缺损功能,保障生活质量,值得临床推广.
AIM： To explore the application of oxiracetam in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae effects on the quality of life. METHODS： Select 100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction randomly treated in our hospital in recent years, who were divided into control group and observation group according to therapy plan, with 50 patients of each group. The control group received routine treatment combined with Xuesaitong injection, observation group of patients got oxiracetam on the basis of routine treatment. Neural function defect score and SF-36 score of life quality were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment. RESULTS： The differences of two groups of patients in nerve defect function before treatment had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）, CONCLUSION： Compare with other types of disease in patients, the way of life and the environment of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae will change dramatically, the effective treatment has important significance to improve the quality of life for patients. The application of oxiracetam for sequela of cerebral infarction patients can improve their nerve function deficit and ensure life quality, whicn is worthy of clinical applying.
